Can I test a product before purchasing?
Products can be demonstrated free of obligation at our office in Dedemsvaart and possibly also at your desired location. Please inquire about the conditions and possibilities.
Are all products in stock at the central warehouse in Dedemsvaart?
Many of our standard products are in stock. Delevery in Europe takes a couple of days.
We do our best to have as many items in stock in our warehouse in Dedemsvaart. Unfortunately, it may happen that your item has to be shipped from our warehouse in the US. This means your order may take a few days longer to arrive. You will always receive the current delivery time from us with your final order confirmation e-mail.

Shipments are sent by us via TNT. If your order is too large to ship in a box, we will split your order or send it on a pallet.
